Birth Boot Camp Six Week Series

Expectant Parent Classes

This class is a six week-long series taking place every Wednesday evening. During the weekly two hour sessions, you will prepare for your hospital birth by reviewing information about prenatal tests and will learn common sense ways to avoid pain and other supportive techniques. There will be opportunities to practice labor support with your significant other and ask questions to ensure a personalized journey for your baby's birth. A tour of the New Life Center coupled with a guidebook and tote are also included in the $30 fee. Classes are located at the St. Francis Campus, 1700 SW 7th Street, in the second floor classrooms. Easiest access is to park in the West Parking Garage and take the skywalk across to the second floor. Exact classroom will be provided upon registration. Please arrive early; as the doors close promptly at the class start time to ensure there is time to cover all pertinent information.
