Diabetes Support Group

This is a free support group offered to people with diabetes as well as their families. The group provides education and encouragement through social interaction, guided discussion and guest speakers to help individuals and their loved ones manage the many demands following a stroke. The group is facilitated by a registered dietitian and offers education and advice as well as support from fellow diabetics.

The group meets on the second Wednesday of the month from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. at Tallgrass Medical Building, 601 SW Corporate View, Topeka, KS 66615.
