Virtual Weight Loss Surgery Support Group

Whether you have had weight loss surgery, are in the process of having surgery or are interested in surgery, we invite you to attend our free online bariatric surgery support group. Gain education and encouragement through social interaction, guided discussion and guest speakers from the comfort and convenience of your home. Family or support persons are welcome to attend as well. 

Class format will be held online via WebEx. After registration, a confirmation email including the WebEx meeting link will be sent to the registered email.

About Anna:

Anna has been involved with health and/or fitness at some level for over 15 years. From college athletics to the local fitness center, she has experience with a wide variety of both patients and clients.

Anna started off her career as a certified athletic trainer and eventually moved into the fitness space as a personal trainer. Eventually she worked her way up to being the Director of Education for Personal Trainers within one club chain across 5 states and over 40 gyms. Currently, Anna has transitioned into running her own fitness and nutrition business where she works with clients both in person and virtually toward a variety of health and fitness goals.

Outside of her professional life, Anna is a wife and mother to two very active daughters. Her family enjoys all things sports, loves taking advantage of every opportunity to be outside and snuggling up every Friday night for pizza and movie night.

Teaching others to take care of the one body they have been given is what Anna is most passionate about. We are all dealt different hands through life and she enjoys coaching others through these transitions to ensure they can still get the most out of all the years to come.
