Kim Teske, APRN, CNM, is board-certified through the American College of Nurse Midwives. She received her bachelor's degree in nursing from Washburn University and graduated from the Midwifery Institute at Philadelphia University. She also earned a master's degree with an emphasis on women's health from Philadelphia University. She served as a registered nurse in the US Army Reserves and was employed at The University of Kansas Health System St. Francis Campus New Life Birthing Center prior to joining the Women's Center in 2004. Kim's focus is on obstetrical patients with the remainder of her practicing consisting of well woman care - annual exams, pap smears, family practice and non-complicated gynecologic problems.
