This lady was very good. I had previously been to Brewster place and they seemed rushed.  I am much happier with the lake Shawnee building

The treating NP was friendly, efficient, and informative about my health problem.

Even though there was a terrible backup of patients to be seen Julie, the APRN treating me spent the time to explain the diagnosis, considerations, medication being ordered and anticipated times for improvement to be seems. Overall Julie is a joy to work with and highly knowledgeable.

She was a very good listener & asked questions to form the best way to handle my situation & offered prescription & explained why.

I arrived around 5:30 PM and the center closes at 6:00. Both the NP and the receptionist worked past the regular closing time and were very gracious doing so.
