In this six-week series, prepare for your hospital birth by reviewing information about prenatal tests and common-sense ways to avoid pain and other supportive techniques.  There will be opportunities to practice labor support with your significant other and ask questions to ensure a personalized journey for your baby's birth.  This class series has a fee of $30.  A tour of the New Life Center coupled with a guidebook and tote are also included.   Class will start September 23rd and run every Wednesday for six weeks.

Prepare your child(ren) for the changes a new baby brings.  Parents and children will view a DVD and tour the New Life Center.  Children will also create a special birthday welcome for their newborn sibling.  A snack will be served.  This class is for children ages two years and up.  Please register each child in the family for the class.

Implement safety measure in your home to keep your baby safe.  Receive the latest information about SUID (Sudden Unexpected Infant Death) prevention and car seat safety, as well as baby-proofing tips.  Learn what to keep in the medicine cabinet, when to call the doctor, and how to take your baby's temperature.  This class also includes information about what, when, and how to feed your baby the first year.
