This course teaches choking and rescue breathing techniques for infants, children and adults. Our instructors are trained and certified through the American Heart Association. Participants will take the friends and family course for infants, children, and adults. Parents and grandparents are encouraged to attend. Course size is limited to 10 particpants.

Learn what to keep in the medicine cabinet, when to call the doctor, and how to take your baby's temperature. This class also includes information about what, when, and how to feed your baby the first year.
Perfect for pre-conception and pregnant people in their first trimester. At the completion of this course, families will be well versed on normal pregnancy progression, and normal prenatal care scheduling, testing, and procedures.

Learn breastfeeding basics to get feedings off to a great start. Learn how to overcome common problems and more about breastfeeding benefits for mom and baby.
Prepare your child(ren) for the changes a new baby brings. Parents and children will view a DVD and tour the New Life Center. Children will also create a special birthday welcome for their newborn sibling. A snack will be served. This class is for children ages two years and up. Please register each child in the family for the class.
