Arthroscopic Surgery

One of the most significant advances in orthopedic medicine over the past many years, arthroscopic surgery is an outpatient procedure in which the surgeon uses a small camera and specialized instruments to diagnose and treat many common conditions. Cartilage, ligament and tendon injuries are some of the most frequently seen problems that benefit from arthroscopy.

However, due to the nature and severity of many problems encountered in orthopedics, not all problems are able to be treated with arthroscopic techniques.

Many of our arthroscopic surgeries are performed at Tallgrass Ambulatory Surgical Center. This award winning, state-of-the-art ambulatory surgery center is located on the first floor of our Tallgrass location. Their friendly, caring staff are experts in the treatment of patients undergoing arthroscopic surgery.
