Care provider talked with me about an issue I was having. Went over a care plan and made sure I felt comfortable with it and understood it. Didn't rush his time with my visit in the room with him. Took his time and answered all my questions I had for him concerning my health.

Dr Gonzalez was extremely helpful with explaining the difference between snoring and sleep apnea. He was very patient with me, while I asked questions, Great doctor!

There is multiple reasons for my sleep issue including snoring at one point I realized I must sound rambling because I was trying to explain everything all at once. I stopped and told him "I'm sorry I can't explain it very well". He very politely said something to the effect of it's okay I'm here to help you and give you an explanation. I really liked his compassion and understanding.

My husband and I feel very fortunate to have found Dr Gonzalez on our return to Kansas from Georgia. He is courteous, kind and very thorough in his care of us.

He seemed to listen during the very first visit and acted like a primary care doctor. Since then he seems to want to fit every concern into sleep medicine and does not listen, retain, or accurately chart what we discuss. Very poor follow-through and follow-up. It seems he just stopped caring?
