I decided to try a new practitioner and I immediately knew I was in the right place with the right person. Nichole suggested I have my labs done before (not after) my well-woman exam, and she noticed from my labs in 2023 that I might be low on iron, which no one ever mentioned to me. Nichole listened carefully to me, made good eye contact and I didn't feel rushed or brushed off. I am still smiling that I found a practitioner that I feel cares about me.
