Concern was evident as doctor went through procedure continuing to ask if I was ok.

Dr. Loo kept looking at his watch. I found that very unsettling as he obviously didn't have time for me and during the time he was physically in the room, he was not focused on me or caring for me.

He is always very helpful about making a game plan for my care

Dr. Loo was a great doctor and explained everything to me and if I didn't understand it, he made sure I did. We talked about what I could do for my knee. He gave me four different options to choose from. Very impressed with this doctor.
