Shanell is an awesome pcp. She listens to my concerns,& is very caring, & understanding. She gives alot of different options, & ideas on how to make things better, & help with treatment. She is very knowledgeable & cares about her patients. She takes time with her patients to make sure she covers everything concerning her patients, that any & all questions are answered, & that they understand. She also has all directions/instructions printed out from your visit for you, just in case you have more questions later.
