Mackenzie is wonderful, pleasant and profession! No complaints whatsoever!

Mackenzie took the time and answered any question either me or my daughter had.

She listened to my concerns and gave me suggestions for improving the stability in my ankle outside of just traditional PT. She gave me options that I could do on my own at home.

Mackenzie treated my wife for a broken wrist. She obviously enjoys what she does and is very good at it. My wife was a very difficult patient and Mackenzie's patience and tolerance were greatly appreciated.

Very good listener. She provided answers to all of my questions and supported what I want for my follow up protocols.

Explanations were complete but also concise, so much so that there was very little need for follow-up questions. Excellent

I waited over 30 minutes to be seen. In the whole 10 maybe 15 minute visit with her she asked what the other Doctor was saying regarding my restrictions and was just looking at the computer and typing most of that visit. Did a strength test and basically shrugged her shoulders when telling her the area that were of concern to me. Made the comment that she couldn't give me the steroid shot because she didn't know where to pinpoint it. Asked what her opinion was and her response was she didn't know and that things seemed muddy. Extremely unprofessional and of no help. I do apologize for the negative feedback but this was my experience.
