Every question I asked was not answered. No follow up care was given. I was told after having 3 days of a fever in a row that "as long as you don't go over 104, you are fine."

I did not feel as though my concerns were listened to and felt rushed. Had I known that would be the case, I would have left and came back another time.

The provider did not listen to me, I was just a person in a room she had to see.

Very thorough on their follow-up. It gave me a lot of comfort to see that they followed up.

Erica was rushed. Barely listened. Had no empathy. I will likely have to be seen elsewhere soon, as my symptoms are only worsening.

Fortunately, the test results were negative, which relieved my concern. I was greatly impressed that a urine analysis could be done so quickly.

I didn't really feel "heard" and I had to specifically ask for treatment vs "it's just a virus after 10 days"

Provider barely looked at the issue I was having and completely dismissed my concerns. I was misdiagnosed and had to seek treatment else where to get diagnosed properly.

Same as Nurse. The PA was amazing! Knowledgeable! Kind! And authentically empathetic!

I saw 2 providers, both were very professional, thorough, caring.

I felt that they gave me the best attention that I needed for my situation.
