About Kassie Lukasz APRN

Kassie Lukasz, APRN, in cardiology has a passion for fostering patient-provider relationships and empowering individuals to take an active role in their health and well-being. Driven by her desire to excel and contribute meaningfully to healthcare, Kassie pursued her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at St. Luke’s College of Nursing and Health Science at Rockhurst University. She continued her education at the same institution, earning her Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP).

Kassie’s journey in healthcare began as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), where she discovered her love for making a difference in patients’ lives while embracing the dynamic nature of the medical field. Kassie’s decision to join St. Francis Hospital stems from her positive experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) within the organization, where she found a welcoming culture and a shared commitment to patient-centered care. She believes in creating personalized care plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs and values, striving to enhance their quality of life and overall well-being.

In her spare time, Kassie enjoys reading, cherishing moments with her family, and indulging in the occasional cruise adventure.
