She pursued medical school at Wayne State University with a strong desire to make a more direct impact on people's lives. Subsequently, she completed her residency in radiation oncology at the University of Kansas Medical Center.

Dr Butler was very thorough and kind. She explained things carefullly and allowed my input.

Dr Butler-Xu gave me very precise information about possible follow up treatments available and the potential usefulness of each treatment type. Additionally, she answered many other questions related to my Initial concerns, plus questions about previous cancer problems treated several years ago via radiation therapy.

Obviously, Dr. Butler is very bright in an academic sort of way but she lacks sensitivity and awareness of patient care.
