The staff was very professional and courteous

I have never seen Jessa Kennedy before, but I will definitely be back. She was amazing. Really took time to listen. Was not judgmental. 

She was very attentive, comprehending and nice

Jessa and Denise (?nurse) were great. I didn't get to see Dr rosenbarger for this visit but I would be happy seeing either Jessa or her again. Team was wonderful and they work together and you can tell from the atmosphere of the clinic that is what they are all about here

Jessa is the only competent care provider I have interacted with at this facility and is the only individual who informed me that my FMLA request was likely to be fully denied and that I would need to seek a second opinion at another practice if I wanted my medical leave to be approved

Jessa was beyond amazing on one of the worst days I've ever had to navigate. She was empathetic, knowledgeable, compassionate and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.

I got very thorough information and options, she sent info via portal to review and left with a plan in place. Plan ended up a bit different than expected but with the excellent joint decision making I think the plan is just right.

Jessa was fantastic! She went above and beyond explaining all of the options and answering all of my questions (including the ones I did not know to ask). She also took the time to reassure me which I greatly appreciated! I have referred many friends to the Women's Center, but in the future I will specifically tell people to schedule with Jessa.

Jessa always is very positive, informative, and thorough. I always have a pleasant experience when I see her.

Jessa was very compassionate throughout my visit with her. She is knowledgeable and provided me with several different options so I can choose the one I am most comfortable with, that is a rarity amongst providers.

She handled a very delicate situation with grace and consideration, treating me with dignity and compassion through to the end. Even as a mental health therapist myself, I am still surprised at by how triggers seamingly come from out of nowhere, hitting unexpectedly. I was really grateful to have Jessa's calm presence with me when this happened to me during my appt with her. Jessa's authentic empathy and willingness to hold space for my distress made all the difference.
