We talked more then the birth control removal took. She also was sweet and friendly we laughed and smiled during the whole visit.

Jessa demonstrated exceptional care and professionalism during my appointment with her. She handled a very delicate situation with grace and consideration, treating me with dignity and compassion through to the end. Even as a mental health therapist myself, I am still surprised at by how triggers seamingly come from out of nowhere, hitting unexpectedly. I was really grateful to have Jessa's calm presence with me when this happened to me during my appt with her. Jessa's authentic empathy and willingness to hold space for my distress made all the difference.
