Reid Williams, MPA, PA-C, is dedicated to partnering with patients and families to navigate orthopedic care with a focus on teamwork, communication, and compassion. He believes that the best patient outcomes arise when healthcare providers and patients work as a united team, openly discussing concerns, setting clear goals, and finding the most effective paths to recovery together. Whether in the clinic, the hospital, or the operating room, Reid values the role each healthcare team member plays in creating an environment that empowers patients to achieve their best health outcomes and return to the activities and lifestyles they value most in life.

Reid’s journey into healthcare began with his passion for helping others—a calling that inspired him to pursue a bachelor's of science in nursing and a master's of physician associate degree from Wichita State University. In his role as an orthopedic physician assistant, he is particularly drawn to advancements in surgical robotics and other emerging technologies that support safer and more successful surgeries, allowing patients to return to the activities they love.

Originally from northeast Kansas, Reid is thrilled to be back in the community after ten years in Wichita. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring the outdoors, whether through camping, hiking, or jogging. A lifelong fan of KU sports, he also looks forward to supporting his favorite teams and spending time with his wife, Emily, as they travel and explore together.
