I was totally unprepared for this appointment I had moved since the last appointment and missed my sleep study didn't get my prescription picked up. There was no judging and he made it easier for me to b get these things accomplished. I was prepared to be scolded a bit and right l so but he didn't at all. I think that made me feel even more guilty for wasting his time. He even assured me I wasn't waisting his time. Very kind and great bedside manor
