The University of Kansas Health System St. Francis Campus names Robert Reznor vice president of physician services

TOPEKA, Kan. (March 19, 2026) — The University of Kansas Health System St. Francis Campus announced that Robert Reznor, MBA, BSN, RN, FACHE, has been appointed vice president of physician services. His start date is March 30, 2026.

Reznor brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in physician enterprise operations, multi-site practice management and organizational performance improvement. Most recently, he served as executive director of operations at Wellstar Health System, where he led major access initiatives and partnered with clinical and operational teams to strengthen coordination and efficiency.

His prior leadership roles with United Digestive and Piedmont Healthcare included oversight of large profit-and-loss portfolios, surgical and ambulatory service lines, and systemwide initiatives focused on patient experience, workflow optimization and revenue performance.

“Robert’s experience across complex physician organizations and his collaborative leadership style make him an excellent addition to our senior leadership team,” said CEO Scott Campbell. “His deep understanding of how clinical and operational priorities align will support continued growth at St. Francis Campus while strengthening the support for providers, staff and patients.”

Reznor holds a Master of Business Administration in management of technology from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Columbus State University. He is a registered nurse and a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.
