Crystal Kay, MSN, APRN, AGNP-C specializes in adult gerontology primary care and is passionate about providing quality and compassionate care while engaging in collaborative decision-making and building trust and therapeutic relationships with her patients.

She earned both her Master of Science in Nursing and Bachelor of Science in Nursing from MidAmerica Nazarene University. Crystal is certified as an adult-gerontology primary care nurse practitioner and is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She completed a one-year residency at the Kansas City VA, gaining a wealth of knowledge about veterans' issues, including toxic exposures, mental health, and transitioning to civilian life. Crystal enjoys working with all adult age groups and values the opportunity to develop therapeutic relationships with her patients.

Outside of work, Crystal enjoys spending quality time with her husband and two adult sons. She also loves to spoil her niece and four nephews. In her free time, Crystal tends to her houseplants, pampers her two dogs, and looks forward to traveling more in the coming years.
